Well, we had one heck of a training day today!  We ran in 10 degree weather with 7 inches of snow!  Very tough run…like running on a beach but only colder :).  Looking forward to Antarctica…only 1 week away!!!!

Well we had a great training day…felt like we were running in Antarctica!  12 degrees outside …felt like 4 with the windshield factor.  All of the sidewalks were icy/snowy so we wore our yacktrax…  I find it pretty easy running in the cold..as long as you are all bundled up.  We have determined our clothing strategy now and feel confident that we can run comfortably from 0 on up…now if it gets below 0….who knows!!!  Only 2 more weeks and we are on our way!!!!
