California- San Dieguito Half Marathon, February 12th, 2006

We had not ran a marathon in California yet and thought this would be a good one to attempt.

It was a beautiful day for the run and a beautiful course! Very scenic! The only negative I had is that it seemed that a large part of the race was on the highway which was very slanted and hurt my ankles, etc.

  • Visiting San Diego prior to run!
  • Enjoying time with my hubbie- no pressure running!
  • Enjoying the beautiful Scenery!

Another Great run with my sister and her family! As you can see in the picture we had fun with this run by dressing up in costumes! It was a short 5 K run and not very difficult! Gave us a great opportunity to truly enjoy the conversation and time spent together!
